Shipping & Delivery
How fast is shipping & delivery?
Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination.
Generally orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. In rare cases where unforeseen delays occur, we still guarantee delivery within 7-16 business days
Please note if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to any location!
How can I track my order?
You should receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You may insert the tracking number into our tracking page for the latest updates.
Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?
Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit as there is no way to reroute the package.
If you no longer want the item, please wait until you receive it and then contact us for return/refund information.
Why have I not received my order?
After the order has been shipped out, delays are not always in our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we'll gladly look into it and make things right for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We’ll issue a full refund—no worries! Just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item arrives damaged. Return labels are available at a cost of USD $5.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
- All items are returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All items are unworn and unwashed.
What is the Shipping Protection?
We offer optional Shipping Protection for an additional USD $3 on all orders. This protection covers your order in cases of loss during transit, damage, failed delivery attempts, and situations where tracking shows the order as delivered, but you have not received it.
Please note that without Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee refunds for orders marked as delivered but reported as not received by the buyer.
Tracking shows delivered but have not received it?
In some cases, tracking prematurely will show your order as delivered. Orders tend to arrive a few days later.
If 5 days have passed and you still have not received it, please contact us.
You can also contact your local delivery service/local post office for further assistance. This would be the fastest way to seek assistance as we only have limited resources when it comes to assisting with tracking and delivery after it has been shipped out from our warehouse.
I am missing items from my order?
To ensure fast and efficient delivery, items may be shipped from different warehouses. Popular items, free gifts, and select products are often sent separately. This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and remaining items will arrive in separate packages—no need to worry!

Where do we ship to and from?
We currently ship internationally. We have warehouses in the US, UK, CA, and CH. We will ship your order from wherever the fastest delivery can be made from based on location and inventory.
How can I make changes after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we have a quick shipment processing time after an order has been placed which does not allow us to make changes to the order.
Please make sure the address and other order details you enter are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Where is my conformation email?
We send an order confirmation email after an order has been placed for all orders.
In some cases, the email may end up in your spam or junk mail so please check if it's there.
